The blending for rain happened at the end.

I wanted to do a Cyberpunk scene and I found this render that I wanted to do. I find a lot of interest in their lighting and wanted to spice things up with suggestive graphics. I did it because Im interested in this subject matter and was surprised when it is a 3D rendering. The concept belong to the artist from source.

This project is intended to be a small project to practice my comfort with Substance Designer and texturing.
